Our standard General Terms and Conditions apply to this auction with the additions below:
- The auction is an online auction via the website www.siboauctions.com
- The online SIBO Fluidra 2023 Auction opens at 8:30 a.m. on May 2, 2023. And closes at 8 p.m. on July 9, 2023.
- All products offered will be listed on the site www.siboauctions.com
- The auction committee reserves the right to merge, split or reject services.
- The auction will be by auction. Bidding is done online. The item will be awarded to the highest bidder.
- An item will not be sold if it is not offered at least the starting price.
- Through the allocation, a purchase agreement is established between the offerer (Sibo Fluidra) and the buyer. The buyer of the item will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the invoice.
- Disputes concerning the (execution of the) purchase agreement will go through the normal procedure of Sibo Fluidra.
- The auctioned products cannot be returned.
- The auctioned products cannot be duplicated at the same price.
- In case these auction terms are not satisfactory our general terms and conditions will always apply.
